My stay was good except my credit card being charged 4 times for the incidental fee, and im still waiting 3 days later to get mymoney back. Not very honest in my opion ive stayed here every 3 months for the past 5 years this is not the first time this has happened

Staff were polite but not able to be very helpful. For example, they have a shuttle service, and say to call when you have your luggage. We called, and called, and called, and after 40 minutes of calling without any answer finally just took a taxi. In another case, our room was absolutely freezing and the polite person at the front desk said that they were sorry they had no extra blankets and there wasn't anything they could do.

Staffing is great. Front desk and transport were friendly efficient and helpful. The problem was there was no hot water in the building and no advance notification to that effect. Supposed to be repaired the day I checked out so I'll be confirming that before I stay again!
