Enjoyed our stay and would stay again! The suite was a great room. It was cozy and well equipped. Just a note for those traveling with the vision impaired vision or anyone with mobility issues. The lobby if really rather dark and would not work for those that have issues with low light. The first floor is easily accessible for most, but the 2nd floor requires about stairs and all luggage must be carried up the stairs. If I were traveling with my mom it never would have worked. It is an older building with character.

Cool little place, was always warm and close to Everything. Room was smaller than it looked in the pic, but other than that everything was great! Staff was very friendly!

My wife and I are seniors. Stayed to do some skiing. We found the Heidelberg to be charming, the rooms were good size and well appointed. Very clean and quiet. Great location, convenient to skiing, shopping and dining although there were few dining choices available. We would definitely stay there again.

Not bad overall

It’s an overall great stay. The major downside during our 3 night stays was the dryness of the furnace. It made us feeling dry on skin, throat and nose. Would solve this by simply put a couple of humidifier in the room. Got the 2 bedroom which was spacious. Plenty of room for whatever use from cooking to sitting around the table or lounging around. The outside hot tub was a bit small for the size of the establishment. But it doesn’t seem many people utilizing it.
