No complain about employees But the building needed extremely repair The water leaking from the AC In the rain time, the water leaking on the hall walls The island restaurant self-service is a little mosquitoes, my suggest (fixing a small fan on top ceiling on the food services)

As funcionárias desse hotel parecem as proprietárias, nos deixam super a vontade, são muito educada e prontas, além de super gentis. Sempre que vou a juiz de fora me hospedo no joalpha, por causa delas, parece que estou hospedado em casa de amigos.

Hospedagem com boa localização mas ruim. Quarto com pintura descascando e caindo. Não forneceram toalha de rosto ou de piso para saída do chuveiro, toalhas de banho antigas e rasgadas. Colchão rasgado, jogo de cama menor que a cama, travesseiros ruins. Tv antiga (tubo), pequena e somente alguns canais abertos. Ar condicionado antigo, não testamos. Café da manhã bom. As funcionárias do café da manhã educadas e prestativas.
