I'll be back next year.
This is an annual trip, and a return stay. The rooms are nice, clean and inexpensive, with a friendly staff. No frills, but nice.

I thought it a bit strange when I read the notice that stated no one with an address within 50 miles of Joplin could check in. When I asked why the restriction, the clerk said it discouraged adulterers. Hmmmm. Seemed a bit odd.

Great stay!!! Pamela, at the front desk was friendly and thorough. I would definitely come back. The exterior of the building was older but okay, and the parking lot was a bit dirty.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was quiet and clean, however, the room was really small. After checking in late afternoon, we went out for the evening. We returned around 10:00 to find the only available parking was a dimly lit area behind the motel. A little more lighting in the “overflow” parking area would have been nice.
