Very popular place, with separate restaurant connected to the hotel. Very lively place. Fairly noisy outside my room, but understandable. Looked like some hugh sports were staying there. But all is good. People just enjoying life, like me.

The hotel overall was very clean. Our room itself was extra clean!! I am very picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and this one passed my inspection!! Thank you to the cleaning staff!! Our big disappointment was the pool was advertised as heated but WAS NOT even close to warm. We had our 4 year old grandson with us and we were looking forward to using it. There were 2 hot tubs but only one was working so it was rather crowded since the pool was cold. We were on the main floor by the ice machine and we could hear every conversation of those walking down the hallway and every ice cube that came out of the bin!! UGH!! I put a towel at the bottom of the door and that helped a little. On a brighter note, the hot breakfast was good and the eating area was large enough to accommodate everyone and was very clean!! Also, the pizza restaurant next door was good and a nice place to relax after we arrived!! Thank you and God bless!!

They were having problems with the key cards while I was here. They'd demagnitize & people were having trouble getting into their rooms. Staff seemed understandably flustered. The hotel seemed pretty booked, so, it was busy & loud. I've stayed at this property before, and had good experiences previously, so, I will chalk this one up to an off day.

Front desk people were friendly. Room was a nice size and easy to get to from side door. Didn't care for dog barking in the hallway as it was being taken outside. Breakfast ok. Have had a lot better, but also a lot worse. Old Chicago restaurant attached to hotel and so you don't have to drive to get a meal.
