We got in late at night and they got us checked in and in our room in less than 5 min. The staff was very friendly. They were decorated for Christmas!!They had the heat on for us. It was very quiet. The bed was amazing. We will definitely be back when we come back through again. Thank you

Arrived late at night with a tired family and had to wait in our vehicle for 20 minutes for a “night audit” to be completed even though we already had a prepaid reservation. This is unacceptable for a hotel establishment and customer service in general.

room door had a gap that light came through and at the bottom hole large enough for a rodent or other vermin to enter without any issue the pet area and parking area had thick leaves and rubbish cars with trailers parked where ever and made it hard to pull out
