Can you imagine that you go into a room without telephone to call front desk ? Would this be hotel service and the staff at front desk claiming that she just started work and doesn’t know ??? At 2 am I am still waiting for telephone to go into a room and they refused to change room for connecting when I used to book with Shaun ( the owner ) and was painless . The air conditioning was so noisy that I could not even sleep .

Booked the family room for 2 adult and 1 child, comes with free breakfast (breakfast choice is limited) Location is good near to Tesco Bukit Indah and the is a Value Mart nearby. Room is spacious but room is pretty worn out (deco, toilet bowl, shower), mouldy wall paper , toilet bowl have difficulty flushing, bath tub with shower head(stand cant hold on to the shower head) is very worn out. Floor and bedsheets are dirty with stains and dusty. Staffs are nice and friendly. Did an early check out .

I have chosen the newly refurbished unit and to my surprise, it is filthy and the toilet bowl can't flush down the waste!! it is so not worth it for the price paid. pls reconsider booking this hotel.

2nd time staying here. Good location; near to TF Value Mart, Tesco and lots of restaurants & eateries. Towels were full of stains and room had cigaretee smell. Sound proofing poor (can hear next door and people talking along corridor in middle of night). Hope can improve in these areas.

We stayed in a twin room. My son loves the hotel and asks to stay there every time we go to Johor. The room was clean with new curtains. The breakfast is ok with good varieties. Its location is convenient with TF hypermarket just across the road and Tesco and aeon at a walking distance. The room could use a deep cleaning to be better, and Moe light in the room would be super. Yet, overall it is good and worth the money paid.
