Very nice indeed
We were there for 4 days. I wasn’t sure about being inside the mall but it worked perfectly as part was closed while we went for breakfast. Food was nothing amazing just what you expect for a buffet although mashed potato was good addition , I recommend that especially as I am Scottish. We had dinner one night there 48 ringgit each and it was lovely. Plenty of choice. Room was the executive and an ok size. Check in and out was simple and fast. I would go back there

I always stay in this hotel whenever I visit JB as it's location is next to a shopping mall which I like. However, in terms of cleanliness, it's only reasonable as I've spotted a tiny cockroach scuttling away in the bathroom.

Very dated hotel. Bathtub was leaking. Phone in room not working. Qr code to request for services also solicited no response However the hotel is generally well cleaned. Service staff tried their best and was friendly. Location is good but KSL mall is not well maintained.

Just next to KSL mall even though weather is bad.Eateries and food street, lotus superamrket etc in the mall.walk out the streets too many eateries.
