Excellent large room and bathroom - all spotless, which made for a pleasant stay and the staff are helpful. Can recommend specially if you want to be downtown. Only wish for a sofa with more back support otherwise everything was great.

Great location if you are coming from Singapore by public transport as it is near the immigration. By car, to get to the hotel parking can be confusing as it is at the back and end of komtar. Jbcc on the 7th floor.

Repeated stay. Convenience of the location is a big plus. Staff could be more welcoming than just be functional. Clean premises but hope maintenence of the property can be better. Toilet seat misaligned should have been highlighted by housekeeping staff to repair personnel rather than hand the room to next guests status quo.

Big room and spaciuos. Love the toilet wit big mirror and inside the room too. Swimming pool also great at highest floor. Breakfast is good too. Walkable to our fav mall. Komtar jbcc and citysquare. I used to stay at Holiday Inn at various locations. All my previous stay were always satisfactory. I have also booked Holiday Inn Times Square, NYC in Sep 2024. The Holiday Inn City Center JB conditions looks new to me. Check-in and check-out was smooth. However, this time round we were disappointed on the bed fitting and the shower robe towel. At 11:30pm, we noticed that the shower robe towel was not cleaned and it looked like someone has used it before and not washed. When we were about to get into the bed, We noticed that all the pillows, bedsheet have a oily smell. It is obvious that the pillow case and the bedsheet were not changed. We called front desk and they sent the staff to get them changed within reasonable time. I should say the service and response time to rectify the issue is acceptable. However, this incidents should not have happened in the first place. We are disappointed as we trusted the name Holiday Inn that we have great experience in the past. That is also the reason that I always book my hotels with Holiday Inn. I hope this is a one time incident as I will be staying at Holiday Inn in Phoenix, US and also in NYC in Sep 2024.
