Stay was at most average, was there slightly early (less than 1 hr ahead of check-in time) with a sleeping baby. Proceeded to check-in, asking and hoping that the room would be ready ahead of the official check-in time. Staff checked, and advised that room is ready, and the housekeeping just needs to do a final check. Requested for me to take a seat and the room will be ready shortly. Did so, but ended up waiting for more than an hour for the room to be ready. Ironically, guest that arrived later than us got their room ahead of us. Ended up having to join the check-in queue to get check-in again. Terrible experience. Room was spacious but clearly under-maintained.

Not the best hotel

The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. However, the condition of the hotel is not good. The toilet is not clean and old, Insects flying inside my toilets. You can feel that the carpet is not clean; it makes you itchy when you step on it. The swimming pool is not nice because the residents in the next building are right next to the pool and can see everything. To conclude, I would recommend someone to try another hotel for this price.

If you book this for VIP membership access, there’s none. For gold membership room upgrade, front desk lied and said the hotel was fully booked but every web said there’s tons of room avil. Other than that, room was good, space and set up is no issue. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly but the rest was ok. Not sure if I would choose this again as I only picked this hotel for its VIP access status. Sadly there was none offered. So maybe another hotel would be better. I came here to do a review on the hotel before booking it for my company trip with the team. Not sure how would it stand above the rest of the hotel near by.

No room upgrade offered even though I am VIP Gold which was the reason why I chose this hotel and they did not even explained or gave access to Executive Lounge even when I bought an executive room. I was also charged parking overnight.

Clean, very convenient, shopping mall and some famous food outlet within 01min walk which was very safe. The only thing I dislike was there was no hot water, just mildly warm, when I had my shower after 9pm on both nights.
