Front desk gentleman appeared to be all over the place -working. While 2employees?- sat at the back desk- talking.? The women was the food prep person, not sure what the man was employed as. Both mornings this was observed. Not a complaint just an observation. The front desk gentleman managed the front desk check in/outs and questions. In between making the rounds in the breakfast area making sure people were taken care of.

We stayed for 5 nights and were very pleased. The room was clean, housekeeping kept us in tp and clean towels. My husband is in a wheelchair and everything was easy for him as well. We enjoyed the free breakfast and they let us use the conference room for a gathering after the funeral we were there for. Lots of places to eat in easy distance, all different price ranges from cheap to expensive. Lots of shopping nearby and right off of I-25. We heartily recommend it.

Property was clean. My room needed minor plumbing attention, slow sink drain, tighten fixture. Shower mats not stocked two days in a row. Minor things but mentioning to help. Included breakfast was disappointing. I think the menu was EXACTLY the same all three of my days—fine but other properties offer minor variations. Standard eggs, sausage, waffles available but not much else. Fruit was barely offered-same sad (single) apple in cooler two days in a row, unappetizing oranges the same, No yogurt offered two days in a row. Since I saw yogurt day 1, I asked and some were brought out and more fruit then was also added to the cooler. Have had much better breakfast offerings at other Wyndhams. May be cost containment but a little more effort here would be appreciated by multi day guests.

Comfortable, good location.
We chose this hotel for the location, and appreciated the convenience. Room was fine, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate. One amenity that was missing was a charging station for our EV.

Unknow substance was splattered on the wall, next to the headboard. It was also on the lamp shade. We could hear conversations from the people next door. The hall doors slam shut, which was noisy. We could hear the elevator and ice machine from our room. I booked for twos days, but canceled the last day because of the issues.
