Overall, the staff is impeccably trained. A shout out to Anna who was the lady who cleaned our room. Her attention to details was amazing and we came back to well serviced room for the five days we stayed.

Amazing place with beautiful people.
The staff is the heart of the hotel. Each one of them were amazing. To name a few, Zama, Miriam, Ivy, xolani, Jimmy, the two Thomas, Justice, Zoe, Kenny, and the rest became like family to me. The staff at Perere, at the Club House and at the Cafeteria made me feel special. The housekeeping personnel was also exceptional. I felt comfortable leaving my personal items out when they were cleaning. They didn't steal anything. The hotel has almost everything to make your enjoyable in every aspect. It has a business center, Barber shop, a grocery store and much more. The only issue I have with the hotel owners and management are the low wages they pay their staff. For such a high standard hotel and highly qualified staff that give exceptional services, the wage is not at par with the quality of services offered.

What made this hotel remarkable was the staff - from the moment I walked in I was treated well, and the staff went out of their way to find me the best room I needed.
