Only complaint is about phone not working

There was a slight disappointment, as the phone line did not work and I was not informed that it would not be available. I was not able to call for room service.

Basically, it does what it says on the tin. It’s a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. It was really convenient to work from the hotel as the internet is excellent. convenient within walking distance of the airport. indications to the hotel can be clearer especially when carrying more luggage. My room given was probably the first walking distance within the hotel with quite a few suitcases so be attentive to this.

Great for early flight, but poor service.

Third time I’ve used this hotel prior to a morning onward flight. Service checking in and out always slow which is frustrating when arriving on a late flight - and risky when you have an early flight! Always seems understaffed, and staff who are there seem miserable as hell. This time the staff forgot to give me my passport back after check in, which meant (after checking through every item of luggage/clothing I had in my room), I had to go back down and sure enough they had it. Only reason I continue to stay is the ease of walk to departures and lower cost than intercontinental.
