Perfect Hotel

We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage.

Agradável Surpresa

Agradável surpresa. Um Hotel novo, limpissimo, prezam pela cordialidade, e pelo bem estar dos hóspedes, desde a recepção, camareiras, recepcionistas, carregadores, manutenção e o pessoal do Café da Manhã. E por falar neste, muito bem servido, completo, fazem a tapioca e o omelete na hora. Um show de delícias gastronômicas. O Hotel fica a 2 quadras, da badalada praia de Tambaú. Ficamos satisfeitas e super recomendo. Nota 1000

Ótima estadia no Smart Hotel

Ótima experiência no SmartHotel. Fica a 2 quadras da orla, e bem perto de vários restautantes, farmácias e conveniências. De cara, anteciparam nosso check-in às 12h porque o nosso quarto já estava liberado; só daí já ganharam nossa consideração. Recepção sempre bem geladinha, com 2 ares condicionados ligados. Tudo muito cheiroso também, quarto, recepção, tem sempre um colaborador contribuindo com a limpeza e odor do ambiente. Ficamos no quarto 3001, super novo, confortável com 3 camas (1 casal e 2 solteiro), ar condicionado top de gelado e ducha do chuveiro muito boa. Café da manhã excelente, sempre com as reposições dos alimentos acontecendo o tempo todo; é possível pedir omelete e tapioca à cozinha, sendo preparados na hora. O espaço da piscina fica no 7º andar; é pequeno, mas ja percebi que é um padrão em João Pessoa. Indico o Hotel e me hospedaria novamente caso fosse à João Pessoa.

O menor banheiro de hotel no mundo !

Achei o quarto muito pequeno ! Mas o pior foi o banheiro. Para poder entrar e fechar a porta eu era obrigado a entrar no box !!! Nem o banheiro de serviço do meu apartamento é tão pequeno. Uma pessoa gorda não poderia entrar nesse banheiro,

O quarto era bem diferente das fotos, o espaço é muito pequeno para ficar como casal . As fotos nao condizem com tamanho do quarto o banheiro mal cabia 1 pessoa .
