The staff is very friendly and even helped our party with a lost item! Lovely location and overall peaceful environment. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was worth it! Some rooms are larger than others and are very cozy for movie nights.

A localização é boa e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém o café da manhã é fraco. Mas o pior é que a piscina estava fechada . A gente não teria ficado lá se soubermos. É obrigação do hotel informar isso no sei site. Falta de consideração. Não ficaríamos novamente

Great location

This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em João Pessoa.

Os quartos limpos e com estrutura nova, hotel organizado e dentro do anunciado. Pontos positivos: check-in rápido, e excelente localização. A garagem estava inclusa na diária, porém, para carros grandes exige manobrar bastante devido as dimensões das vagas e acesso apertado. Café da manhã com opções variadas e boa qualidade.

Péssima experiencia.

O Infinity administrado pela Welkon já foi muito bom, hoje encontra-se pessimamente administrado e não atende minimamente as necessidades dos hóspedes. A limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Com uma chuva intensa o apartamento ficou alagado, entrou água pelas janelas “vedadas” e quando avisado a portaria, fomos ignorados. No segundo aviso a recepção nos deram toalhas para enxugarmos o chão. O apartamento dispõe de cozinha, mas não de utensílios. Pedimos comida por delivery e não nos forneceram talheres ou copos, pois disseram não dispor para hóspedes na recepção. Café da manhã muito fraco e sem opções, começa às 6:30 porém só servem tapiocas e omeletes depois de 7:00 da manhã. não foi uma das melhores estadias. E atualmente, João Pessoa oferece muitas opções. Foi uma pena ver a decadência deste Hotel e sua administração.

Voltaria com certeza

O apto que ficamos foi muito bom,apesar de termos uma surpresa não muito agradável por com do ar condicionado deu problema de vazamento de água. Entramos em contato com a recepção e logo resolveram o problema, não precisamos trocar de quarto pois no mesmo tinha 02. Acabamos q ficamos em 01 e nosso filho ficou em outro, nos dando mais privacidade. Ponto negativo foi o estacionamento q é horrível pra quem tem caminhonete grande. O meu é uma Toro e deu trabalho pra estacionamentar. Ponto positivo é o café da manhã delicioso os dias q passamos.
