Bad facilities
Hotel -old equipment I have late check-in with my family & the hotel didn’t give towel. The hotel staff said “sorry we don’t have towel due to laundry close”. I can’t accept this reason. After 10 min, we decide to check-out from the hotel bcoz we can not have shower at all. Please refund back my money. Thank you
