This property is ocean front but the beach in front of the hotel is full of big rocks so it’s not appropriate to swim unless you have a proper protection for your feet. When I went the property was full of Europeans, mostly couples relaxing around the pool and beach side bed. The hotel was clean and quiet a little away from the Main Street where has bars and restaurants but completely walkable. A good place if you want to relax not party.

Hotel incrível…os melhores passeios de Jeri foram sem dúvidas termos ficado curtindo as instalações do hotel e do espaço ClubVentos q fica em frente ao hotel. Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos, entre eles a Evelin, Emily, Ronaldo, Matias e mais alguns q infelizmente não recordo-me dos seus nomes.

O lugar é lindo assim como nas fotos, tudo bem novinho e os quartos bem espaçosos. Fomos com um bebê de 7 meses e eles colocaram um berço no nosso quarto sem que precisássemos pedir. Atendimento ótimo e localização também! Café da manhã também muito bom! Deixaram bilhetinho e mimos na nossa chegada e na nossa saída, uma graça. Única ressalva é apenas para a limpeza da piscina pois tinha um pouco de lodo mas a própria gerente se preocupou em nos perguntar sobre a nossa estadia (assim que finalizamos o checkout) e então passei isso para ela. Acredito que não será um problema pertinente e espero voltar mais vezes!

A estadia foi ótima, o hotel é novo e, apesar de ainda parecer não estar pronto, é bem bonito. Tivemos apenas um problema em relação as toalhas, pois demoraram bastante para entregar as da piscina, acabamos usando a do nosso quarto. Quando pedimos para trocar as de banho (que estavam molhadas) não foi muito bem aceito, pois a política do hotel é de trocar q cada 2 dias (o que sinceramente, para um hotel com diária de quase 1000 reais, não condiz). Nos deram uma toalha bem fina de qualidade bem abaixo a da que tinha anteriormente. O pós check out também foi bem ruim. Não conseguimos late check out, o que é normal. Mas também não nos deram possibilidade de ficar na piscina, podia ficar apenas no club ventos. O acesso ao hotel não é fácil. Os carros não chegam próximo e você tem que descer no final da rua do forró onde um funcionário te busca para ajudar com as malas. No check out, o funcionario nos deixou e ficamos, literalmente no meio da rua aguardando o transporte. Não tem estrutura nenhuma para aguardar. Você fica na areia e no sol com suas coisas. Eu não pretendo voltar principalmente por esse atendimento pós check out que é bem fraco.

Estadia aconchegante.
Ótima experiência. A decoração simplista proposital remete a uma pousada nativa. Atendimento impecável, quarto e cama amplas. Piscina maravilhosa para ver o pôr do sol. Para um banho de mar precisa andar uns 100 metros, mas nada demais.
