This was a wonderful place to stay. My favorite part was being able to have hot spring water right in my own tub in my room. The breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again if I ever make it back to Jiaoxi. Suggestion for a dehumidifier in the room, as when I used the tub, the room got very humid.

Great stay!

Old hotel but generally very well maintained. The bathroom at the roof top onsen needs some refurbishing, looks dull and dated. Love the activities such as tarts making, crafts making in the hotel, should have more varieties of them. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttles to take the guests to the nearby places, which is such a great service to provide! Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Yilan.

You can do everything in the hotel: hot spring in the room, multi-temperature spa (complete with feet nibbling fish pool), lap pool, not to mention the restaurants. Walking distance to most of local eateries and hot spring parks.
