A must Stay

It is always a pleasure staying at the hotel, so easy to go to NYC walking distance from the ferry, the most beautiful view of NYC accessible to walk along the Hudson River, cafe, bars, shopping nearby. Excellent customer service.

Hate to leave bad reviews but I had to for our specific stay. We ordered a regular room but were assigned to a ADA compliant room . The shower as a result was designed for wheelchair access but as a result, the shower had nothing keeping the water from draining on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the shower was not even in the cleanest condition. I noticed this would all be an issue and requested to be placed into an actual regular room as I booked but was told they were booked out for the weekend. As a result of this design , water spilled all over the bathroom floor during me and my wife’s shower and was a whole disaster cleaning up after. Hard to overlook such a bad experience, but otherwise the hotel itself is nice. Great surrounding area . Great alternative to staying in pricey NY but still get a great view of the NY City Line.

Wonderful hotel

We usually stay next door at the Envue when we go to visit our child that lives in the area. We had our son with us this time. This side is just as nice. The hotel is wonderful for family’s. The separate bedroom is great with the pull out couch. The kitchenette was perfect and very clean. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel was very good and nice staff breakfast was basic but ok there is nothing to do in the area , bur regular Ferris across to Midtown New York the hop on hop off bus is now expensive one day starting at $75 per person but that does not cover all routes .
