Stuff was super nice, we arrived earlier before check in and the receptionist lady let us do the check in earlier without any problem. We could also leave our car there whole day before check in and after check out without paying extra!

Check-in and the evening was good. The next morning I wanted to bring some of my bags that I didnt need anymore to the car. A housekeeper asked if I was checking out and I said no,not yet, I have until 11 am I thought. She sighed like she was annoyed that I was not checking out right then. She made me feel very uncomfortable during that interaction that I was thinking ok maybe we should be quick. It was 8:30am and I havent had breakfast or showered yet. An hour later while I'm showering my husband hears a knock at the door so he answered it. The housekeeper says nothing with a phone to her ear and just stares at him and then walks away when he was asking if he could help her. So of course he tells me and now I feel rushed even more than I did before. I rushed out of the shower, changed, and finished getting ready in the car. I've never experienced this ever and was very uncomfortable and felt harassed. When checking out I asked the lady at the front desk what time check out was and she confirmed 11am... I dont know what I did to this lady or if she does this to everyone but she's disrespectful and I will not go back.

Breakfast was poor compared to previous quality inn stays. Electric sockets in bathroom falling out of wall. Issues with reaching front desk. Booking issues. Required to extend my stay by 1 day. The process was silly, drawn out. Had to book through a 3rd party.

What I like was that the hotel was clean had cable Wi-Fi in the rooms, the hotel provides breakfast and free parking. What make this hotel unique is that it have all these amenities pricing is amazing and it’s close to everything also the rooms are big enough for big families very comfortable and cosy. One thing I did not like they don’t have a sign saying no taking breakfast to the rooms or it will be an additional charge if so. it creates Misunderstandings between the staff and customers. Please make sure to put a sign for all customers and It makes the staff job easier without a lot of confusion misunderstanding and conflict. Thank you for the great service

it’s far from the attraction that we want to go like the Liberty State Park and it’s too noisy.there’s noise coming from the ceiling,not sure if that’s a person or a rat but there’s noise.lucky we only stayed 1 night
