The staff was very helpful. My friend and I went to see The Weeknd at MetLife, and they were very helpful with explaining to us over the phone, where to go to get their shuttle back to the hotel.

The local free shuttle service and included breakfast were a plus. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. You can tell that those who are in the know stay here when going to MetLife, so the staff here have to handle the “after party” and frequent guest turnover.

We stayed here in May 2025. The property was renovated and very clean. It was also very easy to get to MetLife Stadium with the hotel shuttle. Also, after the concert, we got a little misdirected walking in the parking garages and we called the hotel to let them know we couldn't find where the shuttle was. The very helpful employee stayed on the phone with us redirecting us to the correct parking garage and shuttle pick up area. I wish I remembered her name, but she worked the desk the evening of 5/25/2025. I often believe that impeccable customer service is a thing of days past, but the employees at Meadowlands Plaza Hotel proved different. Of course, I would stay here again!

The location is great and good that the hotel operates a free shuttle service to the American Dream mall. However, the service is terrible. We waited over an hour and a half to get the shuttle back to the hotel. We were told to stand in a particular location but the drivers just sped past us!! Wouldn't stay there again because of this which is a shame.

The check in process was easy at the desk. The room was a double queen, spacious, clean, fully stocked bathroom, and working television. The perk for us was a mini fridge and microwave which were both clean and working.
