Hotel was undergoing construction. When we checked in she wasn’t warm or didn’t go out of her way to be friendly. Our favorite was the restaurant- it was amazing, service was excellent, we ate there three nights in a row. One of the best restaurants we’ve ever experienced.

Hotel room was very big and clean. Hotel provided shuttle service to bus station which is great. Ice machines were not working. Not so many vegetarians/vegan breakfast options.

We stayed here for our trip to the American Dream Mall. Very convenient. They have a free shuttle that runs every half hour to and from. The hotel was o.k. Nothing fancy and they were doing construction so it was just o.k. Convenient parking and Dunkin Donuts and Wendys a short walk from the hotel.

Great hotel with delicious breakfast and a free shuttle to get you around the area. Stayed for the Dream Mall so only used hotel for sleep. It was kid friendly, bed was comfy and room was quiet.

Very pleased with our stay, which revolved around going to American Dream mall. Hotel provided a complimentary shuttle there, which was always ready to go, on call, and FAST. Free shuttle also got us to the train station for return to NYC. Complimentary breakfast was simple and nutritious, with plenty of options. We even ate in the restaurant for night 2, which was decent enough, good service, fine Italian options, NYC prices. Room was modern and extremely clean. Comfy, soft beds, great pillows. Window opened for fresh air. Bathroom was brand new, sparkling and excellent. Maids did a 5-star job for turndown. Only property concern was lobby, which was very outdated and needs a lift. Some shopping available in walking distance for coffee, liquor, fast food. Staff was efficient and helpful. Very pleased, 8/10!

I was very pleased with the property is that for the floor I was on they were doing construction work, but other than that, they were pretty good. I feel like the staff could’ve been more productive when I told him the ice machines wasn’t working.

It was doable.

Upon walking in it gave “motel” vibes. The cleanliness wasn’t to my liking and it appeared to be very worn in. After checking in I went upstairs to be sure the rooms were suitable after the appearance of the lobby. The elevator was not very clean. There was a lot of maintenance going on with toilets, but the hotel clearly needed a refreshed touch. The rooms smelled really good and were clean. I appreciated that and decided to continue my stay. Cleaning service arrived at 8 on checkout day (earlier than the last two days). I advised her that we would not be finished for an hour and a half. She then asked me “well what time will you be done?” I repeated my original response. She then says “one hour” and walks away. She did not come back to the room before the hour and a half I asked for. To clarify, checkout was at 11am. They offer breakfast for the each occupant. We did not use this service as we scheduled outings all day every day. It was quiet. I overall, 3/5.

The shuttle bus was very convenient. Room was spacious and well set up. Our room was directly across the hall from another room being renovated. It was extremely noisy. We never should’ve been given a room near it. There were many empty rooms. Hotel lobby always smelled of strong chemicals yet rest of hotel was dirty other than our room.

Monday Monday

The hotel was under heavy and loud construction. Noise all day...power drills, hammering etc....Workmen on all floors using the elevator for moving construction materials and tools. When I asked why I was not informed about this. The answer was It's noisy Monday. Every Monday is like this. I told the restaurant hostess that statement and she said that'a not true. It's been like this for days. When we checked out today it turned out that she was right. Construction workers everywhere and waiting on the elevators because of the usage by the crews starting their day.
