Worse hotel for the price
Booked a suite with a pull out Sofa. Sofa bed mattress was covered in blood stains. No bedding in the room. Had to go to front desk to ask for bedding, and it took the gentleman 15 minutes to find some. Ironing board in room was broken, bedroom light didnt work, and it took 17 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Lobby was absolutely filthy with what appeared to be several homeless people laying on the couches sleeping.

Reception staff at check in and check out were wonderful. I had a nice room with a king bed and sofa, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff gave me a bus schedule for the 320 bus. I caught a bus into the New York City Port Authority bus station. Bus stop is across the street. Bus driver takes cash, not cards. On the return trip, must buy a ticket at the machine in the station. For some reason the bus driver on the return trip doesn't take cash. Bus stops outside the hotel, last stop on the route. Takes about 20 to 25 minutes. I was able to leave my bags in their luggage storage room for a few hours while in NYC. The only complaint I have about this hotel was multiple emails thanking me for making a reservation, including 4 emails after 9pm telling me I have up until 6pm for free cancellation. Seemed pretty useless to send all those identical emails well after 6pm!

The property is quite old need some restoration the door on the first room that we were checked in was broken looks like somebody smashed it great thing anthony at the front desk moves us out. Breakfast is great but needs to change options for day to day. Housekeeping does really well making up the room without us requesting to make up everything else is good but they have thrown out our dirty clothes placed in a plastic bag mistakenly. My advice is to check the contents before taking it because not all things place in a plastic bag are garbage.

I was staying for one night to just have some fun in the indoor pool with my kids . Was told pool was opened till 10pm so was excited when we are talking about the pool another guest was complaining in the front about the pool still being cleaned and it was 4pm at that time we go up after we hear the front say they will take care of it . We change into our bathing suits and go down and another guest tells us the pool is being cleaned still . We go down to see how long and they there was a sign pool closed for the day ! We asked if we can be accommodated something because this is what we paid to stay here for and we were only staying that day and driving back home 3hrs away !!!!! It was a total waste of time cause the night front desk worker didn’t know what to do and couldn’t help anyone ! I found it very boring and very unprofessional to have someone in the front who had no answers ! I wasted my money and time and I left back home that same night ! Never again !

The check in area was beautiful but in our room there was cracks in the plaster. In our bathroom was gross, the tub didn’t drain properly and the caulking around the tub had mold on it.

I would like to request a refund due to the pool not being operational as well as the room not being cleaned prior to our visit. Picture attached of dirty sheets. I spoke with the supervisor Andrew and he told me you have to request the refund and he would approve it.

Disappointing Experience – No Room Available Despite a Confirmed Reservation I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. My family and I booked and paid for a room in advance, expecting a smooth check-in after a long journey. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to learn that the hotel had no room available for us, despite our confirmed reservation. We were left scrambling for alternative accommodations, which was extremely stressful, especially with family in tow. What made matters worse was the lack of a satisfactory resolution from the hotel staff. No adequate alternative or compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused. This experience left a very negative impression, and I would advise potential guests to be cautious when booking here. A confirmed reservation should mean that the room will be available, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
