Poor state of affairs.
The rooms weren't cleaned daily as requested and they even missed the schedule cleaning, room tea and coffee weren't replenished daily and still didn't fully after required. Room security deposit taken twice and they told us 1 would be refunded in 3-7 days, turns out that they hasn't released it. Breakfast was a basic buffet on plastic plates and paper cups. Corridors weren't cleaned daily but gym was. Staffing levels low for a quality hotel like the hyatt.

Preis/Leistung stimmt leider gar nicht
Housekeeping erfolgte alle 2 Tage. Es gab imer nur eie Toilettenrolle und nur 2 Handtücher. Bei einer Familie mit 4 Personen im Apartment werden die Hygieleartikel kapp. Das Frühstücksbuffet erfolgte auf Plastikteller nund die Getränke bekam man im Pappbecher. Das Geschirr mussze man selbst wegräumen und die Tische wurden nicht ssuber gemacht. Die Lage und die Sicht sind gut. Leider stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht! Schade.

Not great anymore
Property quality has degraded in the last 2 years since we have been. Two years ago, the hotel and rooms were immaculate, now everything this dirty and staff are not doing a good job cleaning common areas. While using the gym, two members of staff(one cleaning and other delivery) took breaks and worked out in the gym. Cleaning staff left cleaning cart to prop open the gym and started doing weights with her fellow staff member. I was appalled. Also the couches and tables in the common area for breakfast were dingy. We stayed in a pet friendly room, the blankets had stains and rips. Sofa bed had suspicious stains and was not clean. Overall very disappointed at our second stay in this establishment.

The light railway next to the hotel was constantly noisy as the trams alerted passengers to their arrival. The noises started in the early hours of the morning and continued late in the night.
