When my family arrived there was a filthy twin mattress on the sofa couch. It was disgusting, we went to front desk & they brought a brand new mattress that we had to haul upstairs. Blow dryer was broken, breakfast wasn’t appetizing, and bathroom door was broken & would not close. The only good thing I can say is that this hotel was very close to American dream. I would not recommended this hotel especially if you have standards! You get what you pay for.

False advertisement

I booked my stay through this site and it was falsely advertised saying that the hotel is a walk away from the Dream Mall when the hotel is isolated with no ammenities nearby. It cost me lots of money for travel.

There was no coffee Maker in the room , no ice machine on floors . Have to go to the laundry room for ice , staff not friendly and no might staff . I normal go to Ramada in Paramus . They are not 5 stars but the staff is friendly there is I’ve machine onl 1st and second floor , Hot Breakfast is served . I choose this hotel Because I had a rally morning meeting at 7.30 so it was as convenient for me , will not recommend this place .

Dirty, weed smokes smells everywhere while it is forbidden, cockroach in the hallway. Breakfast included seems to be poor coffee, that's it. The only good thing is beds are clean and comfortable, the rest I let you imagine.
