The hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. Although there are four elevators, two were out of service, causing long wait times. Unfortunately, the stairs were also unavailable. The halls had an odd smell, and there were visible stains on the walls, ceiling, and carpet. Some amenities, like the bath towel rack and hair dryer, were not in good condition. However, the hotel staff were friendly and provided a good service.

The hotel was not as advertised. The room was dirty and the appliances were probably a decade old. There was one thin, old blanket on the beds. Breakfast consisted of toast, one yogurt option, and bananas. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty as was the window. There was no toilet paper holder so the toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was a pedestal aink in the bathroom but no counter to put things on. Overall, the facility was advertised and priced as being clean and higher end. In reality, it was more like staying in a $50/night motel.

Pretty good property, was turned off reading the other reviews, however the property was pretty good, the lifts were working and the rooms were large and clean. Good breakfast options. Very worth the price.
