Checking in was very simple and quick, the private parking garage is great. The room was exactly as described and very roomy. The only issue with the room was one TV did not have great picture quality and the other kept turning off and on and did not work which was inconvenient but since it was only one night it did not really bother us much. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was not very clean along the edges. The pool and work out area are great and no one else was in either so that was a plus. It is close enough to a lot of places to shop and eat and it only took us 15 mins to get into NY. Overall, we had a positive experience and are planning on staying again soon.

The hotel is falsely misadvertising the rooms in the Expedia listings. I booked a room based on the pictures and description and when I arrived, I did not receive that room. The hotel claimed that Expedia made the mistake while Expedia claimed it was the hotel's fault. What a mess !! I was stuck in the middle between the two of them, paid an extra premium and still was not able to get the bigger room that I had ordered. Worst part is that the hotel's manager refused to contact me to discuss this, even after several attempts over 5 days. I am not impressed at all with such poor service and improper advertising.
