Gorgeous hotel overlooking the ocean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast, which was slightly different each day. The pool was perfect and the landscaping was also. There were only two issues with our room. First, the lighting was very dim so have your phone flashlight ready. Second, our hot tub would not hold water and the jets did not work so we could not use it.

Hotel e muito bem localizado, proximo aos principais bares e lojinhas no centro, não e afetado pelo barulho dos bares e músicas dos bares centrais. Pessoal da Recepção do hotel muito educados e amigáveis e auxiliam com todas as informações necessarias. Limpesa dos quartos e excelente, ar condicionado, Wifi e ótima, Televisão com canais tanto de rede aberto quanto rede fechada, muito boa qualidade. Cafe da manhã com várias opções e ofendo pedir tudo oque quiser sem nenhum custo adicionou, ótimo bar à beira da piscina com várias opções de comida e bebida custo a parte. Piscina excelente com uma vista para o mar. O Hotel fornece informações sobre transporte e passeios turísticos na região.

Hotel incrível, do atendimento as instalações. Ele é lindo e acolhedor. Os quartos são enormes e a roupa de cama e banho impecáveis. Uma máquina de café no quarto com cápsulas de vários sabores. As amenities L’Occitane. Piscina deliciosa com vista do mar. Comida do restaurante perfeita. O concierge Lucas, sensacional, se dispôs desde o início a facilitar tudo pra nós como reservas em restaurantes e passeios. Nos presenteou com uma ida ao café Jeri que a melhor balada de Jeri. No fim do dia servem um pequeno chá e café com petit fours. A localização é excepcional, muito próximo às ruas principais. Enfim. Recomendo demais. Já estou com saudades.

Atendimento de toda a equipe da recepção foi excelente, os garçons do café da manhã e do bar/restaurante da piscina também! Comida do restaurante é bem saborosa, a piscina e a sua vista para a praia da malhada são incríveis, e o quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso, super recomendo! Apenas 2 pontos para melhorias: 1) Sentimos que faltou um pouco de cuidado na limpeza diária do quarto (exemplo: a pessoa que limpou entrou comendo e esqueceu a comida no quarto, o que ainda acumulou formigas), então sugiro mais atenção nesse ponto. 2) Poderiam colocar uma mesinha com 2 cadeiras para quem eventualmente precisar trabalhar, ou quiser fazer alguma refeição no quarto.
