I guess the hotel being so close to the freeway was a perk there just wasn’t restaurants in walking distance. We came back from dinner one night to no power and fire trucks surrounding the hotel. The power was out for close to 2 hours.

Check in took almost an hour. Computers were down due to roof leaking. Room was fine but it was almost impossible to get clean towels. Even when we asked for room service we couldn’t get it. When we went to the desk they were not able to get towels. No hot water one morning and no power another night. Garbage day at the bottoms of stairs for days. Stairs were in a state of deterioration and not very safe.

Staff was great. Carpet peeling up in hallways and stained. We came mainly for indoor pool which was cloudy and crowded. Furniture in pool area broken. Kids in pool stated family worked there and they could swim for free. We ended up not sleeping there
