DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Where do I begin. Filthy. Cockroach infested. Extremely sketchy. Felt horribly unsafe. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are all located peripherally in wings. The wings are absolutely disgusting and dirty. The door to the parking lot at the end of our wing was just left open. No security. The key card recommends that you "dead bolt your door and report suspicious patrons". Very good advice. I checked in about 3pm when it was still light out. I went out to dinner and came back at 7pm. I went to the room and it felt extremely unsafe and dangerous. I have hostel surfed all around the world and so my standards are not high by any means. But I felt in danger. I ran to my room and locked the door. My bed was infested with bugs. The paint was peeling and there was black mold on the walls. The curtains were ripped. I went to the front desk to say that I could not stay here and he refused to let me cancel my stay for a refund. Instead the overnight manager yelled at me, called me a "moron", and told me to go to hell. Literally. I not once insulted him or raised my voice. I have never received such horrible customer service nor stayed in such a disgusting, filthy, sketch place. I have probably stayed in over 100 hotels/hostels in my life, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

Slow to fixing problem in your room. No towels at the pool. The only 1 microwave is in the lobby. Must be 21 to buy soft drinks because they're only sold at the bar. We had to wait until the second night for our reserved accommodations. Unsafe slum like. Hallway smells of weed. Was unwilling to compensate or work out a solution for not having the room we paid for available causing hardship for me and my wife who is in a wheelchair

We liked that there was a heated pool, fitness room, restaurant/bar and even a barbershop. However, the room needed some updates. Overall, it was a great stay, very clean, and quiet.
