First thing I found hair in the bathroom floor The bathtub had a big crack in it that pinched my foot The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom of it I told the hotel staff what I had found The only thing she said was she would look into it

Hotel was clean and in decent shape, but pool was out of service. Looked like it had been for a while. I would have appreciated a heads up in advance given we would not have stayed here had we known the pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was limited selection (no fruit) in a cramped space.

I do not understand how this property has a 9.2 rating (the posted rating when I booked). The room and bed were fine. The reason for the low rating is the musty smell in the room. We washed the air conditioner's filters but it didn't help much. I'll be plagued with sinus issues the rest of my trip!

Overall, stay was pleasant and convenient. Two things need to be improved on. Toilet was very hard to flush, and would keep running after it finally did flush. Secondly, I killed five stink bugs, a type of beetle, in the room. I think they were getting in around or through the air conditioner. Also, the toilet seat was much too loose in my room, and it was broke in my daughter’s room.

Started off with pool and hot tub down, tv remote did not work, phone in room did not work, sheets on bed were too little would not stay on and ice machine was diwn. We have stayed here many times, this is first time we have had these problems, normally its 5 stars.
