Great stay, wonderful breakfast.

Best Western Green Tree Inn had the old style "motor inn" type parking - park directly in front of your room and go in. This is great, but also reminds me of a lot of sketchy places that are a bit scary. This was entirely unfounded. This hotel was great - comfy beds, lots of outlets, killer breakfast, and super safe feeling. The only thing that was wrong was one missing lamp bulb. Also I didn't like how the bathroom lights are on a motion sensor where you can't just leave them on..

All doors face to the street or parking lot !! The area around the property was very dirty with trash, especially napkins and cigarette butts !! This is NOT a Hotel … it’s a Motel and should be listed as such !! That’s the main problem I had with this “HOTEL” !! False or misrepresentation of the property did not impress me and because of that and what I paid for my “so called” package deal that also included my round trip flight, I will not be returning to this particular property again !!

We've stayed here several times. It has always been very clean. Rooms are nice and nicely furnished with some, if not all rooms, being refurbished. Our room had laminate flooring with no carpet. Like that feature maybe best of all. Breakfast buffet is well stocked with a wide variety of items. No question as to where we stay when in the area. Good job Best Western.

What are these people doing???

I was ordered to leave at 730 AM despite booking and paying for an additional week on this website. After some conjoling I was able to move to another room vs eating $600 in paid fees. The "renovations" are making the rooms worse, not better. I liked the desk with a chair vs a desk with no chair but now a large screen tv with no cable. Randomly ran into another man with same experience, kicked him out too.

Getting a facelift

This location has always been a good stay. There was a massive face lift happening to the rooms so there was substantial noise and construction occurring. I would confirm that the construction is complete before booking again, but it is a nice location

Unfinished Renovations

Hotel is going through renovations and they put me in an unfinished room. There were holes in the wall and looked disgusting. I immediately left and asked for refund. Waiting to hear on that.
