I booked a family room at the Tonquin for a ski trip to Marmot with (4) grandchildren. Altho the kitchenette was a little tight for meal prep the room had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool & hot tub for après ski fun. It was really nice having a tv in the main area where the kids could watch kids shows & I could watch the oilers game on the tv in the separate bedroom. Beds & pillows were comfortable. It was quite warm in the room even with the heat turned off we had to open a window. The he rooms are dated but clean. All of the front desk staff were welcoming & extremely helpful. The kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate & stickers in the lobby. There were lots of towels available in the pool/hot tub areas. There was a work out room overlooking the pool which would’ve been nice to use if there had been free time! All in all a perfect & affordable place to stay with grandkids! Many thx to the Tonquin Inn staff

My fiancé, and I had the most amazing stay at the Tonquin! They made us feel amazing what they’re welcoming staff. I had asked if we were able to reserve a hot tub, just her and I because it was her birthday unfortunately they were unable to. But unlikely surprise, they sent us a bottle of wine and two glasses, and a birthday card! We Will come back had such an amazing time!

We’ve stayed here before and will likely stay here again. The cons to this stay is switching our suite to twin beds instead of a Queen and offering no discount, the rough condition of our bathroom with missing tile/ bottom of the wall, the noise carries from other rooms. Our room was clean and staff were polite.

Room was on paking lot level cars where backed into spots so when stated exhaust smell inside room . Had to move couch as somthing rolled under when moed couch there was a big stain on back wall bits of dog food and left over food under the couch . I will not be going bavk to this hotel . Price was out to lunch for what the state of room was .
