Unpleasant experience
After approximately ten minutes of being in the room we found fleas on multiple people in our party. We left immediately. Attempts to contact the hotel for a refund via Hotels.com messaging or by phone to the hotel directly have been unsuccessful for a refund.

Easy check in and check out policy. Ice machine was full of ice and working, staff was friendly and plenty of hot water in shower. Room could use a little updating, but for the price it met my expectations and my family and I were comfortable.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Place is run down. Doors don't lock. Beds were like granite, which I know is subjective. Rooms were not clean. This was the last available room in town and now i understand why. People are nice though.

I liked the staff who work there, especially the two women who work behind the counter. They were wonderful. I was under a lot of pressure because of a car problem and they were encouraging - and had a good sense of humor, which helped. The only problem I had was minor: I got a handicap room because other rooms were taken. I had a problem with the bathroom, with the small sink leaking water on the floor when I used it. But that was minor.

Clerk was very nice. Bathroom floor was filthy and microwave was disgusting. Floor did not look like it had been vacuumed.. Paint was pealing off the shower It definitely needs a good cleaning...

Didn’t sleep well
There were kids running up and down the hall and yelling until midnight. We could hear everything in our room. The air conditioner was so loud and turned off and on constantly, waking us up multiple times. Breakfast was just okay. The tv was not hooked up correctly and wouldn’t work so my husband had to figure out how to hook it up right.

Our family vacation
The people were mostly nice. The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good at all & my kids were not able to the pool because it was way too full. The room was clean, but our toilet did not flush very well the entire stay.
