Noticed housekeeping cleaning rooms the next morning and they lifted the beds off the rails to clean under them. Never seen any hotel do that before

They had comfortable beds and it was very clean the only downfall was the amount of kids that were in the pool area unsupervised with adults drinking alcohol which was stated is not permitted. It was a big turnoff as this was a vacation getaway for my job and dealing with the parents yelling at the kids Etc was not very fun

It was okay

The hotel was fairly clean on the surface, but our dog got under the bed and found a bottle cap, hair tie, m&m and a metal piece off something. Also for an accessible room the shower could not be used easily by a chair user without some kind of help as the sprayer was at the top of the rod and certainly could not get it to stay where you put it and sprayed water out onto the floor that then had to be cleaned up to prevent a fall.

Everything was great, except for the one thing that I was most excited for. The jetted tub, when we started using it black stuff started floating around from the Jets. So as anyone, I was grossed out and let the water out and started out again. This time even more black stuff came out and it was totally disgusting. So needless to say I didn’t get to use the tub like I wanted to. So that was very disappointing.
