Not much to like about this place. High price for below average accommodations. Microwave in breakfast area didn't work. Remote for room TV didn't work. Breakfast was cheap and horrible. No place to buy a bottle of soda or water or snacks.

The sole staff member that I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful, but housekeeping was never seen, or offered and breakfast was almost completely out of stock and unstaffed. A very average motel.

Apparently the Evansville inn and Expedia do not talk to each other, as my booked room was unavailable and had to stay along the highway in Janesville. Be wary and call to confirm a room is actually available if you book through Expedia

We had an ok stay at this relatively small and quiet property. Initially the room appeared to be clean, but when looking for an item we dropped on the floor we found several pieces of garbage behind the bed skirt.

As others have mentioned, there were issues with the keycards. But, someone was always available and quick to help. Room was fairly clean, but it did appear they were working to update the facility. Good stay for the cost point.

We gave this hotel a chance since the rates and location were on par with what we needed. We were very happy with our stay and will come back when in the area again. Staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. You can even walk to the Piggly Wiggly next door.
