Pool area has amazing potential. You can tell it was definitely awesome when first built. It’s not terrible, great place to hang out, it could definitely just stand to have some renovations. Floor is chipping and very dated in general. A little paint/updating can do wonders!!! Love the sky view. Wish there was a way to watch the stars at night but due to quiet hours the pool is closed at 10 and locked, which is understandable.

I liked the my spacious Room, Pool and all open area around it, HotTub, ample Breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and plentiful parking. My whole stay in this hotel was one very pleasant experience. Next time - I will be in Janesville, WI again - this place will be the first one I will be looking to book. You have to see the Pool area for yourself to believe, such great place exist here - little Tropical Paradise feeling-like - in middle of Midwest !

Hotel staff were kind and friendly. However our room was unacceptable. There was trash under the chair, in the drawers, and under the bed skirts. Literal poop stains in the toilet and our room had no toilet paper. Had to ask for some. When I say poop stains, I mean poop stains / marks. Not water staining or scuff marks. The property in the entrance area was otherwise clean.. except for the pool area. It was dirty and so gross. Water was cloudy. Carpet was nasty. Pool water was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom 3 steps in. The pool water was also extremely cold. Everyone had purple lips. No wonder all the kids wanted to be in the hottub.. I don’t think the pool was at all heated. Little kids (under 10) running around unsupervised being naughty.. we have kids of our own and couldn’t believe that hotel staff allowed it for safety purposes. Spraying water EVERYWHERE. At me, my kids, our baby, with zero supervision. Also, the entire pool area REEKED of marijuana.. Honestly, the next time we stay in Janesville, we will pay more money for a better hotel.. overall don’t recommend and will not be returning.

This place is run down and the up keep is lacking. The pool and hot tub was disgusting as the water looked dirty and the pool deck was dirty. The was some questionable clientele at this property…sleeping on the floor in the laundry room, it smelled like pot in the hallway, adults sparring on the pool deck, lack of cleanliness was apparent through out. I will never be back!
