The property was lacking a bit in cleanliness. The hotel is in need of an upgrade and renovation. My room was clean for the most part but had paint peeling off the bathroom walls. Carpeting was worn in spots.

It sucked The pool is cold they could not get it heated right and the parking was horrendous they had parking for veterans and somebody who was not a veteran was not there and they did not enforce it also the arena across the street use the park in the hotel parking lot so we were unable to park our car there that night

Staff was great….extremelly helpful !! The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was a plus !!! Jamestown is a beautiful quiet little town and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The property was a bit dated, but was clean and the staff was friendly. The property showed as permanently closed on a travel website, but we called to confirm the hotel was open. The desk clerk said that he had gotten a number of calls that day asking if the hotel was open.
