Comfortable hoyel stay in south Jakarta. The Elite lounge was great value and gave us a quiet place to meet. There is a full range of amenities plus live music in the lobby. There is a shopping centre with great supermarket 7 min walk away. We will stay here again on our next visit

Stayed at RA Suites Simatupang for two nights during a business trip, and it was such a pleasant experience! Their one-bedroom suite is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. A nice surprise was the Dolce Gusto machine provided in the room—definitely a great touch for coffee lovers! Breakfast was beyond expectations—so extraaaa! I got totally distracted by their fluffy pancakes and delicious lapis legit. Such a treat! 😍 One thing to note: avoid arriving during rush hour after work, as traffic can be quite tough in that area. Also, I found it interesting that their toilet system uses recycled water, something I haven’t seen in other hotels before! Overall, a great stay—thank you, RA Suites Simatupang! Would love to come back.

This could and should be a really nice hotel as plenty of money has been spent on the building facilities etc but the staff have to be the most disorganised hotel team I’ve ever seen. Everything from reception to the various restaurants etc was a nightmare to deal with just ruined the stay completely.

Stay away from room 1010

At firts, we booked a room with a balcony, hoping that it would be a nice outdoor view ( room 1010). Turned out, the room was so noisy, poor sound proof that we couldnt sleep at night. We filed a complaint and moved to room 1115 (downgraded) with much better sound proof. Overall, it is a new clean hotel and located at strategic location, next to Citos Mall. Tip: stay away from balcony room as it has no sound proof whatsoever.

First 5 star hotel in the area with club lounge!

This property sets a new standard within the property’s area. I was staying in the elite rooms thus i have the access to the club lounge which serves good teatime and evening cocktails. I am amazed with the sheer amount of marbles they use within this property. It is on luxury class!

Not recommended because of the low quality of room and their service. However, the staff working there was actually nice. Three things I was not satisfied with. 1) My room was on the road side so it was noisy until the late night. For those who want to sleep without any noise, you should request a room on the other side. 2) The drain in the bathroom got clogged easily even though I had short hair and I didn’t take a long shower. This happened probably because inside the drain or water pipe was not clean as there was nothing on the cap of the drain. 3) Communication speed was a big issue. Their reply was very slow. I contacted them both on WhatsApp and email many times but I didn’t receive any reply from them for 3-4 days ,which ‘5 star hotel’ shouldn’t do.
