Took my shoes off and sat on the bed only to have dust bunnies then appear on bed. Only one of 2 elevators worked and, at one point both were not functioning- 2x I had to take the steps to the 5th floor. Also had to have my room key replaced 3 times. The last time the front desk clerk told me to wake up my sister to open the door from inside (security escorted me up to my room after the 2nd key replacement didn’t work). No comp breakfast as was listed online.

This hotel wasn’t my favorite, there were people staying on my floor that were up all night having a party, making noise, there was trash everywhere in the hallway. The beds were clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely and very sweet. We were driving through on a huge road trip. I have no reason to go back but I did, I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again
