Compliments airport shuttle. Basic overnight hotel

Complimentary pick-up from airport (just call them to come and collect you) which is a real plus point because it’s an 8-minute drive from JAX airport. Half-hourly complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs thru the night. The bed linen is not cotton, facilities are basic, wifi is only complimentary for basis level access (unless you register for Hilton HHonors). It’s okay for the price. There are other hotels closer to the airport that I might try in future.

Overpriced. Very basic and I get the concept, but rate is too high. No restaurant or room service. Very noisy HVAC. Zero ambiance or effort to make it feel like a hotel worth $189/night

Tru was a great place to stay. The room had very convenient amenities—fully stocked soaps,shampoos Breakfast here was excellent and included with the price. Market place was 5 minute car ride away.

Amazing Hotel!

Fabulous! The service was great, everyone was so kind and helpful with suggestions for shopping and eating. The airport shuttle was wonderful and on time. Breakfast was good- and the rooms were spotless! I’ll stay there again, for sure.

Our stay was quite comfortable, and we appreciated the spacious room. The breakfast offered was excellent. However, one drawback was the absence of a microwave in our room. In previous stays at other Tru locations, we found that at least a shared microwave was available on each floor, but that was not the case here. This was one of the few inconveniences we encountered.

Well, I got there and the receptionist was very unkind. I come there every week. Literal and I said can I have a bottle of water and she said no your status is too low. Who would tell to a repeat customer that comes every week that his status is too low to get a crummy $2 bottle of water?
