The parking lot is full of pot hokes, i paid for a.smoking room and no smoking rooms were availble. They advertise a continental breakfast, but only serve cofee which wasn't served until after 6:30 am. The desk attendant, Ms. Bri was always nice, however the staff did not clean my bathroom properly and bought me dirty looking towels. The bedspread does not provide warmth and is extremely outdated, as well as the curtains.

The design is nice and the smokers ashtray stands. There were no roaches or bedbugs Did not like the old/ outdated bedspreads and furnishings. Was not happy that my shower hadn't been cleaned and someone's used soap was in there then the cleaning lady cleaned it and then left that person's used soap on the bathroom counter. Did not like that i booked a smokers room and they only had non smoking rooms available.

The manager took $30 claiming it was for a hand towel and bath mat. I explained that they were nasty because I had to clean the room because it was nasty. She told me I should have gotten housecleaning to do it. I told her the rooms should be clean prior to checking in. She was very rude about it. She had me sign an envelope saying she kept the $30. Very unprofessional.

There was no breakfast or hottub as advertised. The manager took $30 of mine saying a towel was dirty. It was dirty from cleaning the room when we forst arrived.
