I reserved the room 2 weeks in advance. I arrived at 9 pm and they had sold my room and had no more available. Then they lied to me and callled the Travel Lodge across the street and said they would let me have a room for the same price. When I went over they charged $25 more and said they didn’t agree to the same price. I drove 5 hours and was tired and was expecting to have a room

The tv was not working in our room when we arrived. My husband fixed it. Then we found 3 cockroaches one if which was in our microwave. We saw it after we put in our pizza for warming up. We will never stay at another red roof. We are experts full refund on our room. The rating on Expedia was not accurate at all
