This is a very lovely hotel. However, the rooms really need updating and remodeling. Tiles are cracked and are musty. The lobby is not a representation of the rooms. Several issues with my room: No phone in the room. Had to call the desk from my cell phone. Installed power bar did not work. Had to unplug the only working lamp to plug in my surge protector. No coffee maker in the room. Micro and fridge worked fine but dated. Blow dryer didn't work. No toiletries in the room. Not even hand soap. Not something I've ever had to pack, used body wash to wash hands The courttard/pool area is beautiful. The entry doors into the buildings should really be key entry. My biggest "pet peeve" is beds that are not sitting on boxes but bed rails, leaving that space open. No extra blankets or pillows available. I do like the hotel, will likely stay there again. A coffee maker would be nice though, it's a long trip between the room and the coffee in the lobby.

Would star there again in a heartbeat

Yeah, so I booked here because it was moderately priced and didn't read the reviews first. Some negative reviews made me anxious, but I already booked. I don't know what those other people were smoking, but it lived up to my expectations. Friendly staff, great beds and bedding, soft towels and lots of 'em. Included breakfast was a REAL breakfast with scrambles, sausage, bisquits and gravy, juice, etc. and not a waffle or a bannana. Even had a bar and a comedy club right inside the facility. So, when I need to come back to this area, this is the place for me.

It took 3 rooms before we finally got one that had AC and a working lock. Then that room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and smelled like cat pee.

The photos on your website are very misleading! The entire building is filthy. There is mold in the rooms, the paint is falling off the ceiling, carpets are gross, and there's ALOT of traffic in and out of the hotel.

Smoker’s paradise

The non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes Smoke damaged rooms is the primary poor to terrible rating at this hotel!!!! To say this property is smoke free is ridiculous….

There was nothing unique about the hotel sorry motel. The bathroom had been cleaned the sheets were dirty all throughout the whole night it felt like something was biting me just not a good experience not to mention the bathroom ahead of dirtiness about it and the refrigerator had a musty smell to it

Rude House Keeper

House keeping knocked on my door at 9 a.m. to ask if I was checking out that day even though check out time is 11a.m. I had received a text earlier from the front desk that allowed for checking out by text when I left which is what I did at 10:45 a.m. I left the room keys inside the room when I left. When walked out , closed the door and turned to leave, the housekeeper came out of a room about 5 doors down asking me to leave the door open if I was leaving. I told her I had checked out and left the keys inside the room. She started yelling and screaming at me saying I was suppose to leave the door open so she could clean the room. I am 65 years old and have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping didn’t provide their cleaning staff with access to the rooms they are charged with cleaning. I have never come across such a rude and arrogant house keeper. Even though I had checked out already, I stopped by the front desk and spoke to the person there. The ladies at the front desk at check in and check out were professional and courteous.
