I saw a roach on the last day, the shower water do not get hot, the tv moves slow and glitches because its too many people on their network, wifi moves slow also, it was o dripping out the stove on the floor but the beds was nice the area is nice and everything else was good overall i enjoyed myself

Rooms smelled like cat urine and mold. Front desk refused to give towels. Breakfast is NOT included in the price of the room. People live full time here. Smoke Marijuana outside their rooms. Did not give back deposit because they said the room smelled. But the room had smelled when we first got into it.

HORRIBLE ALL AROUND
Horrible. They are NOT dog friendly, sheets and comfortable has stains, bathroom had mold and flooded when you showered. Doors don’t close properly there’s a gap between door and trimcharge for service animals. Horrible customer service they will literally laugh in your face. Never again Kicked us out for the dog “barking” but infact he wasn’t bc we were literally in the room sleeping. They just steal your money was told id be refunded and nothing.

Never To Return
Pulled up and thought it looked VERY dated. There was no signage with the hotel name on it. The front desk could not find my reservation through hotels.com. I made this reservation for 2 rooms with breakfast included almost a year ago when planning our cruise. They said they got a new system and did not have it. I asked how much it was and was qutoted double the from my reservations. I showed her my email and she honored the price w/ a $50 cash deposit. Went to the room and was not impressed. There was a chair that was falling apart and was place was just sketchy looking. I went back to get a refund and was told no refund. She gave me another room in the inner area looking at the pool and told me that when the other friends got there she would give them a room next door or at least really close. There was an old couch that we would not sit on. There was some good restaurants very close by. We went to the store and bought cleaning lysol wipes and spray to clean it better. My friends came and They did not give them the room near us which a few i saw were vacant. I went with them to there room it was doable for 1 night with some extra cleaning which we did. The grass was uncut in the inner area around the pool. We did not get in the pool. They wanted to charge extra for breakfast so we did not eat there. Went to get our deposit and they could not find it at first. The deposit system seems unorganized. We did finally get the $50 back and survived the night. Never to return.

I got there on my check in day and they informed me right then and there that I didnt have a reservation due to new management being in charge and my reservation being lost. I was then told I couldn't stay because they were overbooked. I will be reporting to Hotels.com and getting a refund.
