The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the room we received smelled full of smoke as someone just smoked. We asked for a room change but could not be accommodated until the next day. Upon returning to the hotel that night our room was changed and our property too. No call or message left to notify us walking in on another guest who was assigned to our room. It was an embarrassment and frustrating situation trying to get our correct room and locate our property.

We origionally has reserved another hotel, (red roof)and on our 2nd night there discovered roaches in our room..foumd out they had just sprayed so they knew they had roaches .only half the lights worked shower didnt drain, so we transferred to the Quality Imn. They were so amazing! Even brouggt me a step stool for the bed simce im so shoet!!

I didnt like how nasty the room was didnt like the bugs roachs ect. The massive amounts of hair in the bathroom.And all the furnishings were rusted. Would never recommend. Everything was so nasty i slept in my clothes
