The place is nice but there is very limited parking around. My in-laws need to to be close to a door but there was limited handicapped parking, all which seemed to be used by ones who really didn't need those spaces (I know! Don't preach to me that all is not visible! I have an invisible illness too (POTS)!!)!

I paid for early check in but when I arrived I was told I needed to wait an hour. I was refunded but I really wanted to check in early. When I finally did check in, it took an extremely long time. Also, there were a few times when I went to the front desk, there was no one there and I would have to wait. This was always my hotel of choice whenever I visited Jacksonville, but I think I’ll have to find a new hotel. It seems to have gone down hill.

In general it was a good stay. The property was clean; it needs some fixing up. Breakfast was good. Service was great! We will be back.

The hotel was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and breakfast was also good. My only suggestion is the color needs to be more inviting. The brown color throughout the hotel isn’t appealing. Needs to be more bright. Other then that my stay was excellent
