All was well; however, when I decided to stay an additional night, the staff member was extremely uncooperative. I waited until the next day and an alternate staff member was extremely cooperative. Goes to show how employees contribute towards vacation stress. There was also a little unclarity about the parking situation. Other than that, the place was too notch! I would definitely go back and stay there.

After getting off a cruise, we were allowed to check in very early. The hotel is very clean & well located. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful ocean view. The bars & food were good. The beach in front is great as well as the pool though it could have been a bit warmer.

The hotel is on the beach. The front desk staff was friendly but did not offer gifts. When checking in the did not offer me the gift bag from our wedding party. They also give beach balls but only if you know about them and ask. Bartenders were inattentive. In the room there was no place in the bathroom to hang towels. They had one hook so hand towels had to be laid on sink. Only a half door on shower so floor got wet every time. Only one chair and no table in room for eating. Balcony also had no table. Plenty of seating in lobby but spaced where it was hard to have a conversation. They need to clean the hanging glasses in lobby.

Our stay at the Margaritaville Hotel in Jacksonville was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, clean atmosphere and the incredibly welcoming staff. Every interaction with the team was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with pristine rooms and decor that perfectly captures the laid-back, beachy vibe. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the ocean was pure bliss. The food was equally fantastic, with delicious meals that made dining a real treat. We’ve stayed at many places over the years, but after our experience here, we can confidently say we would never stay anywhere else when visiting Jacksonville. Margaritaville Hotel has truly set the bar high, and we can’t wait to return!

Great stay!
Loved the theme showing in every part of the hotel. I had a great day there, and the food was excellent. Good location to everything in Jacksonville Beach. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay. Very walkable to restaurants and right on the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet and were offered an upgrade for the inconvenience.

The hotel seems to be new , as it is in excellent condition. I love the beach theme decor . The front desk staff was great . A few minutes walk away was V's pizza and it was amazing. The valet staff are super nice and welcoming.
