The floor in our room was sandy, the body wash in the shower was empty, we had to ask for more towels, mini fridge didn't get cold, housekeeping spoke no English and the service in the bar was horrible. We left after waiting for 15 minutes abd watching the bartender have a conversation with someone on the other side. You lost $300+ of business because we went elsewhere for three days and nights. Oh, and $32.00 per day to park my SUV in a spot that any regular car could fit in, after spending over $1,300.00 for three nights. Need to be back in Jax Beach in September, but won't be at Margaritaville and wont recommend the hotel to friends either. Very dissappointed.

Everyone who works at the hotel are amazing. Very kind and helpful. Loved the room...the sunrise was amazing this morning! Great way to start the day. Only a 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic...perfect location to rest and relax!

I came to this location 3 years ago and was so impressed and reason I booked again in 2025. This time around was so disappointing. The place now looks so dusty!!! The valet parking was so unorganized. I had to direct myself out of gridlock parking in front of the hotel and do self-parking. While walking into hotel to check-in a lady was screaming at the Valet team b/c they couldn't retrieve her car in a timely manner and she was about to miss an important event b/c of this non-sense. How about creating self-valet parking? Why is the Margarita Glasses Chandelier so dusty and broken? So you mean to tell me management sees this and don't think it needs cleaning or replacing. The room was extremely cold upon entrance at 60 degrees when we opened the patio door our room started sweating and mirrors became foggy!!! It was an absolute mess and I end up wiping everything down so it wouldn't be so slippery. The room was not cleaned properly with evident food crumbles on the floor, stained rugs and chairs. I called Housekeeping to re-clean the bathroom due to hair, mop and vacuum again. The little rope decor on the drawers/cabinets were missing. Also, the lining of shower was peeling and looked rusty. The sink nozzle was also rusty. Again, I was very disappointed. We decided to stay in Jacksonville for additional day, but end making reservation elsewhere to continue our stay. I love Jacksonville Beach, but I will never stay at this location again.

The decor was beautiful. Unfortunately, this hotel was lacking in comfort and other features. The mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The laminate floor was peeling on several spots. The restaurant did not offer healthy options. I would not stay here again.

Right on the beach, went for a family graduation in May. JAX beach is BUSY!!! We actually got a spot on the street, didn't move the car once or we could have valeted $$$. Hotel food decent, also attended a private party in the banquet room - food and service excellent. Staff decent. The only true issue I found was lack of security. I didn't see any at the desks, doors, elevator areas, etc.

The hotel was nice but had a very strange and weird smell around the hall ways. The smell made me sick to my stomach each time I had to go to the elevator. It lingered in the halls outside my room.
