I am extremely disappointed. I booked the room for 3 days, after the first night I left and did not return. The room was dirty, the floors were disgustingly stained. There were urine stains in the bathroom. All of the doors in the hall ways were banged in and scratched up. There were holes in the walls in the hallway, Wall paper peeling in the halls, visible mold. You could hear people arguing in the hall ways and slamming doors. I did not feel safe in this hotel.

When I made the reservation, the photos looked spectacular, but when I arrived at the place, it looked disappointing, especially because they had a notice that they were under renovation. They should have placed it on the page as a warning of this situation.

Place is a dump. I wish I would have read the reviews. Interior of the hotel is disgusting. Room interior was even worse. Carpet had stains and looked filthy. Overall terrible.

Room was old chipping paint and we went the 4 days without hot water other than the first day they turned on the boiler. asked everyday to fix it and at best got some mildly warm water. I tried to contact Expedia to get a refund and go somewhere else but your AI was not helpful and no phone number for customer service. I believe I should get a partial refund
