I always stay at this property when I travel to Jacksonville. I am always happy to see the owners. I travel alone. I feel very safe at this property. I enjoy the breakfast. The staff is always accommodating.

This was exactly what I needed for a quick overnight stay near the airport. My only issue was that the rooms were unbelievably hot and stuffy upon entry. I turned on the air immediately and the room would not cool. I thought to look at the filters and they clearly had not been cleaned in likely months. After cleaning both filters the room cooled quite nicely. I left a note for housekeeping. However on my return stay I had the same issue with a different room. Upon checkout I let the manager know. They clearly need to go through all of the rooms and clean the A/C filters and make sure to at least do this monthly (at the very minimum).
