Hotel room is pretty good overall. Only one thing AC unit keep you awake at night. I don’t know who’s idea that put AC unit 2 feet away from people head. Banging sound every time AC restarts and vibration like sleeping on trains tracks. Every thing else very good.

The location was ideal for proximity to airport and the plans we wanted to see. The only negative was that when we checked in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned the following day and we responded yes. The room wasn’t cleaned the 3 days of our stay. I found it peculiar that they even asked us whether or not we wanted our room cleaned. I assumed it was a given. When we checked out I mentioned our complaint and the response was “sorry about that”. I expected something more than that .

We loved the rooftop pool, very classy when you walk in the lobby. Hallways are quiet, staff is customer focused, food is incredible, view is great (9th floor). I don’t have 1 single complaint. Very nice hotel and great surrounding area

I was disappointed in the linens and the bed itself. The bed was very uncomfortable and the linens and pillows seemed cheap. The air conditioner in the room did not remove the humidity in the air. Even though the thermostat was on 70, it was a wet cool. Very uncomfortable.
