Overall it is a nice clean property, but what was not so great was, I wanted to do a earlier checkout date and couldn’t and they stated that I had already prepaid and then the day that I had to checkout the cleaning service knock on my door at 11am asking what time I was going to depart, as if I was late checking out and checkout was at noon. I inform the front desk of this and the gentleman that check me out act as if he didn’t care because I mentioned it to him twice and then he stated that he doesn’t know why they would do that.

The staff at this hotel is Excellent! Everyone from the front desk, restaurant staff and hotel maintenance staff are so friendly, kind and go above and beyond to add comfort and ease to your trip. The parking lot for hotel is tricky at first. Best to check in first in order to get parking/room key as that’s the only way to enter parking lot. Hotel updated and clean. Beds are soft and non lumpy. Pillows are soft and fluffy. Rooms are nice size. No microwave.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always good. Located in a great place with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. It’s right across from the St. John Town Center so the shopping is right there. Will stay there again for sure in the future.
